The Merino rug is made of 85% New Zealand wool and 15% European wool, with a sturdy 20% cotton backing. This high-quality combination creates a soft, durable, and resilient rug that will remain beautiful for years to come.

Because the rug is handmade, there may be a size variation of approximately 5%. It is approximately 1.5 cm thick, making it feel firm and comfortable to walk on.

Maintenance
Vacuum the rug regularly to keep it fresh and clean. In case of an accident, blot immediately, do not rub. Small stains can be cleaned with cold water and a soft brush. Professional cleaning is recommended for stubborn stains.

For orders under €99, we charge €7.95 in shipping costs. Shipping is free for orders over €99. Delivery of all our dining tables to floors without an elevator is not included. In this case, we ask you to arrange a moving lift to the floor yourself, or our carrier can arrange this for an additional fee.

At Studio LDE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If that's not the case, you can return or exchange your order (excluding sale items) within 14 business days of receipt .

Here you can choose from three options:
- Exchange – receive the same item in a different size or color.
- Returns – the purchase amount will be refunded.
- Store credit – receive the return value as store credit, with an additional 10% as a thank you for your trust.
Important conditions
- Return costs (€7.95) are at your own expense.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging , with hangtags , and undamaged .
- Studio LDE is not liable for loss or damage during return shipping. Lost packages will not be reimbursed, and damaged items will not be accepted.
- Please note: we do not accept returns on sale items with a 50% discount or more .
