Our artwork and tables are handmade, so cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Order changes can be made up to 5 business days after placing your order. After this time, orders cannot be cancelled.

All 3D artworks and tables from Studio LDE are handmade, so orders cannot be returned.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Is your order damaged? Please contact us within two business days at klantenservice@studiolde.nl, detailing the damage, including the packaging, and including photos. Only then can we process your request. All international shipments are shipped with a delivery confirmation, and the buyer assumes all responsibility for lost items. For more information, please refer to our terms and conditions.

You have the right to return or exchange your items (excluding sale items) within 14 working days of receipt.
The following conditions apply to sale items:
Returns are possible within 14 days, but you will receive a credit note instead of a refund.
How to return your items:
Mark the items you wish to return on the packing slip and add them to the package.

Send us the track and trace code of your return shipment by email to: klantenservice@studiolde.nl
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a credit note or a refund within 3 business days, depending on the conditions.
Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. All items must be returned in their original packaging and with the original hangtags. Please ensure your return is handled with care. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping or for the loss of the item during shipment. We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or provides proof of postage. Lost packages are non-refundable. Damaged items will not be accepted. The item must be returned undamaged and with the tags attached.
Exceptions: Gift cards, artwork, handmade items, or pre-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If Studio LDE shipped the wrong item or the item is defective upon arrival, you must notify Studio LDE within 48 hours. We will reimburse the return shipping costs and send you the new, correct items as soon as possible, subject to availability.

Because our artwork is made from recycled wood, we advise against hanging it outdoors or in a damp space.

Our artwork is made from recycled wood and finished with our own proprietary natural stucco layer. Our LDE tables are made of solid wood and finished with a natural stucco layer. This may cause color variations and imperfections.
Are the tables water and dirt repellent?

Our concrete tables are finished with a resin, so they won't absorb water or moisture. However, we always recommend using coasters, and we don't offer any warranty against food or drink stains.

How do I clean a work of art?

The frames can be wiped with a damp cloth, the art itself can only be dusted with a dust cloth.

What is the delivery time for your artwork and Studio LDE tables?
What is the delivery time for your artwork and Studio LDE tables?
The average delivery time is 6-8 weeks, but this can vary depending on the product. When ordering multiple items, the product with the longest delivery time always applies, as we ship all items at once.
We always strive to meet our stated delivery times, but slight deviations may occur due to external factors. We will inform you promptly of the exact delivery time. You will receive a track and trace code for your artwork, and for our table collection, we will call you to arrange delivery.

– Free delivery in the Netherlands & Belgium from €99.
– For furniture, we charge a furniture surcharge of €89, and €149 if you want it delivered assembled on the ground floor.
Delivery of our dining tables to floors without an elevator is not included. In this case, we ask that you arrange for a moving lift to the floor yourself, or our carrier can arrange this for an additional fee.
Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to indicate whether delivery is required to the upper floor and to estimate whether the dining table will fit in a passenger elevator. You can indicate this in your order and inform the carrier when scheduling a delivery.

We do our utmost to deliver your order within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. All orders placed before 9:00 PM (Wednesday through Saturday) are processed the same day. We aim to deliver orders within the Netherlands the next day.
Orders placed on Sundays, Mondays, or national holidays will be processed the following day. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer overnight shipping outside the Netherlands.
Please note that shipping may take longer than usual during sales or holiday periods.

Items we offer for pre-order are made to order. Once you place an order for one of these items, the maker/manufacturer will begin production. Depending on the item, you will receive your order within 2-3 weeks. For exact delivery times, please contact us at info@studiolde.nl . We will then provide you with the current delivery time.

For orders under €99, we charge €6.95 in shipping costs. Shipping is free for orders over €99. For furniture, we charge a surcharge of €89, and €149 if you require assembled delivery on the ground floor. Shipping costs for furniture depend on the final size of the package and can vary significantly from country to country.
These shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You can view them before proceeding to the payment page, or use our shipping calculator in your shopping cart. Please note that if you live outside the EU, you may be charged local import duties and customs fees upon arrival of the goods in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what they would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
