Job requirements

• Providing independent interior design advice in the store (color, layout, atmosphere)
• Providing styling services at clients' homes
• Providing interior design advice under the name Studio LDE (“LDE in a Day”)
• Supporting ongoing projects of LDE Interiors
• Managing the store team and taking responsibility for day-to-day operations
• Thinking and deciding on purchasing collections
• Visiting trade fairs at home and abroad (including Milan and Paris)
• Unpacking, processing and styling new collections with the team
• Running the store together with me and further expanding the LDE brand

Job description
Do you have a passion for interior design, are you an administrative expert, and do you enjoy juggling various tasks? Then you might be the administrative ace we're looking for at LDE Interiors!

As an administrative assistant at LDE Interiors, you're the indispensable link between our creative designers and the successful completion of our interior design projects. Once an order is placed, you'll take over:

• You place orders with suppliers
• Keep a close eye on delivery times
• Sends order confirmations
• Ensures that everything is administratively arranged down to the last detail

You'll also be in contact with clients, assist with light accounting tasks, and oversee projects. You'll ensure that all parties know what to expect.

Job requirements

• You have an affinity with interior design and project management
• You have good communication skills and are customer-oriented.
• You work accurately and independently
• You have a sense of structure and administration
• Experience or affinity with accounting is an advantage
• You are available for an average of 16 hours per week (more or less is possible in consultation)
• Flexible working hours and days in consultation
