For orders under €99, we charge €7.95 in shipping costs. Shipping is free for orders over €99. Delivery of all our dining tables to floors without an elevator is not included. In this case, we ask you to arrange a moving lift to the floor yourself, or our carrier can arrange this for an additional fee.

At Studio LDE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If that's not the case, you can return or exchange your order (excluding sale items) within 14 business days of receipt .

How does the return process work?

Returns and exchanges are always processed through our returns portal: studio-lde.shipping-portal.com/rp .

Here you can choose from three options:

1. Exchange – receive the same item in a different size or color.
   
2. Returns – the purchase amount will be refunded.
   
3. Store credit – receive the return value as store credit, with an additional 10% as a thank you for your trust.
   

Important conditions

• Return costs (€7.95) are at your own expense.
  
• Items must be returned in their original packaging , with hangtags , and undamaged .
  
• Studio LDE is not liable for loss or damage during return shipping. Lost packages will not be reimbursed, and damaged items will not be accepted.
  
• Please note: we do not accept returns on sale items with a 50% discount or more .
  

We apply our general warranty terms and conditions. If you have a complaint or a defect, please inform us within three months of the purchase date. You can email this to klantenservice@studiolde.nl , including your order number.
