Playful, organic, and stylish – the Alya rug from WOOOD's Exclusive collection is a real eye-catcher in any interior. Thanks to its unique interplay of lines and high and low piles, this rug adds character and depth to any room. Its warm, milky color makes it suitable for a variety of interior styles and adds a soft, natural feel.
Material
The rug is made of 100% polyester and finished in a warm milk shade, giving it a soft and inviting feel. The polyester fabric is machine-tufted, and the backing has a protective woven layer. The fabric is heat-resistant, making it unsuitable for underfloor heating. The rug may shed a little initially, which is easily removed with a vacuum cleaner and upholstery brush.

Maintenance
The rug can be vacuumed regularly without a brush, and it is recommended to rotate it periodically to prevent wear and tear and to avoid changing the direction of the rug. Stains can be removed with a damp cloth.
Delivery
The rug is delivered in a package. For added safety, we recommend placing a non-slip mat on the underside to prevent slipping and accidents.

For orders under €99, we charge €7.95 in shipping costs. Shipping is free for orders over €99. Delivery of all our dining tables to floors without an elevator is not included. In this case, we ask you to arrange a moving lift to the floor yourself, or our carrier can arrange this for an additional fee.

At Studio LDE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If that's not the case, you can return or exchange your order (excluding sale items) within 14 business days of receipt .
How does the return process work?
Returns and exchanges are always processed through our returns portal: studio-lde.shipping-portal.com/rp .
Here you can choose from three options:
- Exchange – receive the same item in a different size or color.
- Returns – the purchase amount will be refunded.
- Store credit – receive the return value as store credit, with an additional 10% as a thank you for your trust.
Important conditions
- Return costs (€7.95) are at your own expense.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging , with hangtags , and undamaged .
- Studio LDE is not liable for loss or damage during return shipping. Lost packages will not be reimbursed, and damaged items will not be accepted.
- Please note: we do not accept returns on sale items with a 50% discount or more .
