Can I see the artwork and tables in real life?
Yes. Stop by our store in Delden, or make a free online consultation appointment and we’ll be happy to show you all the options.
Is it possible to hang the art outdoors/humid space?
Because our artwork is made of recycled wood, we do not recommend hanging it in the open air or humid space.
What materials are used to make the artworks?
Our artwork is made from recycled wood and finished with a proprietary developed natural stucco coating. Our LDE tables are made of solid wood finished with a natural Stucco coating. As a result, color variations and unevenness may occur.
Are the tables water and dirt repellent?
Our concrete tables are finished with a resin, therefore they will not absorb water and moisture. However, we always recommend using coasters and do not guarantee food and drink stains.
How do I clean an artwork?
The frames can be wiped with a damp cloth, the art itself can only be dusted with a duster.
How do I clean the LDE table?
Our tables can only be wiped down with natural cleaners and a slightly damp microfiber.
What happens after my order is placed?
After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided. As soon as the delivery is ready, we will contact you to schedule the delivery. Our transporter will come on the agreed date to set up and assemble the table in your living room.
For the delivery of our artwork you will receive a track and trace code in the email when it is ready for shipment, you will receive this at the email address indicated when placing the order.
Can the item also be wrapped as a gift?
Of course! You can also add a personal message, which we will write on a personalized LDE card.
Can an order be changed/cancelled?
Our artwork and tables are handmade, this allows for cancellation within 24 hours of ordering. Changing an order is possible up to 5 business days after ordering. After these days, an order cannot be canceled.
What is the delivery time for your artwork and Studio LDE tables?
Delivery conditions in the Netherlands
– We always deliver free of charge to the first floor throughout the Netherlands
– For delivery of all our dining tables on floors without an elevator, this is not included. For this, we ask that you provide your own moving elevator to the floor or this can be facilitated by our carrier at an additional cost.
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to indicate whether delivery is to be made upstairs and to estimate whether the dining table will fit into a passenger elevator. You can indicate this in the order and communicate it to the carrier when making a delivery appointment.
How long will it take to receive my interior item(s)?
We will do our best to deliver your order within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. All orders placed before 9 p.m. (Wednesday through Saturday) will be processed the same day. We strive to deliver orders within the Netherlands the next day.
Orders placed on Sunday & Monday or national holidays will be processed the next day. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer over night shipping outside the Netherlands.
Please note that shipments during sales or holidays may take longer than normal.

How long is the delivery time of a pre-order item?
Items we offer on pre-order are made upon request. Once you place an order for one of these items, the maker/manufacturer will start producing that item for you. Depending on the item, you will receive your order within 2-3 weeks. For exact delivery times, it is best to request this at info@studiolde.nl. Then we will give the current delivery time.
How much does it cost to ship my order?
Within the Netherlands & Belgium, we charge a flat rate of €7.95 and free shipping for orders over €75. For furniture shipping, delivery charges depend on the final size of the package and can vary greatly from country to country. These shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. You can view these before going to the payment page, or you can use our shipping calculator in your cart. Please note that if you live outside the EU, local import duties and customs fees may be charged when the goods arrive in your country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be because customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we ship our items worldwide. Please note, any artwork and tables are on after calculations. Should you wish to receive more info on this, please email info@studiolde.nl.
Can my artwork or table be returned?
All 3D artwork and tables by Studio LDE are handmade, because of this an order cannot be returned.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Is your order damaged? Please contact us within two days at info@studiolde.nl and mention the type of damage, including packaging, and include photos. Only then can we consider your request. All international shipments are sent with delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items. For more info, please refer to our terms and conditions.
The item is not to my liking, how can I return it?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ordered item(s), you always have the right to return or exchange your items within 14 business days from the time of delivery.
This is how you can return your items:
– Mark the items you are returning on the packing slip and add it to the package.
– Drop off the package at a postal company of your choice and send it to:

– Please note that shipping costs for your return are at your own expense. All items must be returned in the original packaging and with the original hangtags. Make sure the item you are returning is handled with care. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping or loss of the item during shipping. We recommend you use a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you proof of shipping. Lost packages are non-refundable. Damaged items will not be accepted. The item must be returned undamaged and with the tags attached.
Exceptions: Gift certificates, Artworks, handmade items or Pre-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If Studio LDE shipped the wrong item or the item is found to be defective upon arrival, you must notify Studio LDE within 48 hours. We will reimburse the return shipping costs and send you the new and correct items as soon as possible, subject to stock availability.
Do I have a warranty on my purchase?
We apply the general warranty terms and conditions. If you have a complaint or defect we will receive it within 3 months from the date of purchase. This can be emailed to info@studiolde.nl quoting the order number. For more info, I refer you to our terms and conditions.
My item was delivered damaged, what should I do now?
